Hungry for Food or Diet?

Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy and changing your lifestyle. To do so, you need to learn some nutrition facts and apply the ones that suit you.





#1- Tip: Set yourself up for success, think about planning a healthy diet as a piece of cake process. Take it easy and don’t over stress yourself. If you approach the changes gradually, you will have a healthy diet sooner than you think.


#2-Tip: Moderation is key, try not to think of certain foods as off limits, especially if you are drawn towards sweet, salty, start by reducing portion sizes. Try to eat with a small spoon so it limits the portion. Also, avoid to bring home what you love the most so you make less temptations.


#3-Tip: It’s not what you eat, it’s how you eat, try to eat in public and with people, you’ll eat less. Also, take time to chew your food and enjoy your mealtime. If you choose the restaurant that is less your favorite, it also helps to eat less.


#4-Tip: Limit sugar and salt, If you succeed in planning your diet around fiber-rich fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, you may find yourself naturally cutting back on foods. Last but not least. The more you work out in the gym, the less you eat. After all the hard work, who is so motivated to eat.
