Who doesn’t dream of a pure natural skin?

During summer it is crucial to take extra care of your skin (specifically your face) to reduce skin problems from dry or humid weather. Here are 4 basic daily tips that help your skin overcome drastic consequences:

Keep your skin healthy

Cleansing:

Cleansing is the most basic element of any skin-care routine. It removes excess dirt, pollutants and pore-clogging oil from the epidermis so it can remain dirt-free, preparing  the skin for products you’ll be applying.

The skin is just like the rest of the body; it needs hydration!

Water helps remove impurities from the skin that can lead to pimples.  You need at least half a gallon (2 liters) of water each day.

When you use sunscreen, you’re not just helping to protect yourself from diseases like skin cancer; you’re also prevent skin aging that is caused by the sun. Don’t worry, you’ll still get a tan with sunscreen; and even better it’ll be a healthy glow!

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are widely believed to be beneficial for both cardiovascular health and cancer prevention. They’re found in all sorts of foods, including fruits, vegetables, seafood and oils. And as a bonus, it gives your skin a cleansing glow; can’t get better than that.
